Step 1 : Find Your Fit

Step 2: Get Approved with Avonlea Financial

Here at Avonlea Homes, we have access to over 30 lenders, from major banks to private lenders, with one application. This makes owning your own home a reality in just a few simple steps.

We specialize in all types of mortgages, including those who are self-employed & new to Canada, so you can be confident that you are in good hands. 

Step 3: It’s Time to Design

Work one-on-one with your designers

Once all conditions have been removed, you will meet with one of our professional interior designers who will guide you through the exterior and interior selections process for your new home. Your designer will work one on one with you (in our very own design studio) to make selections that fit your vision, budget, and lifestyle. AND most importantly, bring your dream home to life!

Step 4: Be Involved in Your Build

Be involved in your build! Building a new home involves many moving pieces and we know it can be a stressful process, but our amazing team of people are here to guide you from the beginning stages up until your possession day! We’ve got you! We encourage you to be a part of the process along the way by engaging with our construction manager, designer, and your sales representative.

We will schedule multiple visits while your home is under construction so you can be a part of the journey! For additional walk-throughs of your home, your sales representative is just a quick phone call away.

Step 5: Preparation to Move-In

Book Your Pre-Occupancy Inspection 

Before your move-in date, we will do a pre-occupancy inspection with you to review all the details before the move-in day. Once everything is good to go, all that is left is for you to make your move and enjoy living in your new Avonlea home!
