To Our Homeowners

Dear Homeowners

With the emergence of the COVID-19 virus and the ever fluid situation that we are all experiencing, we have had to re-evaluate our warranty service visits and appointments. To ensure that families, employees and trade partners remain protected against any possible illness, we have made the decision to suspend our non-emergency service visits & appointments for an unidentified period of time, effective immediately.

It is very important to note that during this moratorium on visits and appointments, we will be extending your warranty period for an equal amount of time that our services have been suspended.

We will still be answering calls and responding to emails. We will continue to monitor our position, and will update you when changes are implemented, we are here, and we will be here for you once we as a community have moved through this very difficult time.

We will continue to address any emergency situations with a quick response. As a reminder an emergency is defined as no water, heat, electricity, plumbing leaks, or safety or security concerns (Such as a front door not operating or locking correctly).  If you are unclear as to whether you have an emergency issue, do not hesitate to call our office 403-320-1989.

We appreciate your understanding, your families health, and the well being of our employees and trade partners is paramount at this time.
