Lethbridge-West newest’s neighbourhood called Garry Station that celebrates Canadian railway history
The plans in the newest West Lethbridge real estate development call for at least 1,100 single-family homes and some multi-storey, condominium-style homes. Some urban innovation zoning is included, which could provide for mixed-use buildings with commercial or retail businesses at ground level and residential development above, much like what has been done in some of the outlying communities to major centres to our North.
This will be an exciting change to typical Lethbridge real estate devlopments providing for Lethbridge homes with an urban “downtown feel” while providing access to ammenities despite not being downtown. The vision is for a communiity that enables people to live, work, and commute without the use of a personal vehicle.
